Very pleased with my recent order for a Beswick figurine. The woodpecker arrived very swiftly, beautifully packed and in perfect condition. All in all, an excellent level of service.

Item was in excellent condition. Packaged extremely well and sent very quickly. Great range and very easy to do business with.

Firstly, I was excited by the options in the range that I was interested in and the prices were surprisingly reasonable. The china arrived very promptly and had been very carefully wrapped and packed. I am delighted with my purchase and I will no doubt add further to my collection at some point soon! I can not say enough good things about this company. I have been trying to complete my collection of Royal Doulton Brambly Hedge figures so we had quite a few communications regarding this. They were extremely helpful, went well above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble and sourced a particular item for us which arrived quickly despite it being over the Christmas period. I would have no problems recommending this company as their customer service is excellent.

I ordered a Bramley Hedge figurine for a birthday gift, it came really well packaged and exactly as described. When the gift got opened 3 weeks later it turned out my mum already had this figurine!! Panic! But Amanda emailed immediately and said I could just exchange it just another. Her communication was excellent and the new figurine was perfect. Thank you for making my mums birthday special.

We bought 3 items that made up a set. One item was not originally available but I sent a message to ask about it. I got a reply promptly even though it was a weekend. They had checked and found the item had just come in, so I was able to order all 3. They were despatched promptly and arrived really well packed and protected. I would highly recommend the company.

This antique shop deserves full praise, I saw a Royal Doulton piece I have always admired and sent an email enquiry, it was so promptly answered and I was kept informed throughout the purchasing process.

My ornament arrived safely and very very well packaged. It is as described and I can honestly say Amanda's before,during and after sales care has been exceptional. A very knowledgeable and approchable individual happy to answer your queries or concerns. I love my new addition, it has been placed in pride of place, 10/10 thank you!

Despite finding no reviews or proof of the actual existence of the shop I decided to order through their website. The "Order Status"-page i got from the order confirmation said that I will "get shipping and delivery updates by email." but I never did and the Tracking number for the royal mail did not work (But I could tell it was not fake due to differing error messages). I believe both of these issues are due to current strikes in the Royal Mail and not the shops fault.

The ordered item (an antique mug) arrived very well packaged and its either completely new or in such good condition that I cannot tell the difference.

4 out of 5 stars only because I would have appreciated an email warning me that the tracking may not work instead of having to look up stuff about the UK Post myself.
