Charged $49.95 per month after paying a…
Charged $49.95 per month after paying a $1.95 trial fee in August 2025. Never subscribed and when I contacted customer service they said I did not have a subscription and to email customer support. Their site is impossible to access as once you go to one screen, it never opens the next screen when I tried to see about subscriptions and account settings. Reading other reviews this is a recurring problem for many others.
I have multiple other unauthorized charges from them. This is a deceptive company. They took $449.95 of my hard earned money.

Absolute scammers!
Absolute scammers!! After uploading my first PDF document which should be translated and mailed to me free of charge after 24h, still haven't any translated PDF. They try and push their subscription down your throat instead of showing that they can do the job. Still haven't found any solution for translating scanned PDF's from one language to another.
