Excellent easy to use.

I cannot open my document so that I can print. I cannot upload my document.

Time consuming
The actual size of the document is 3 inches longer than an 8.5 x 11-inch printer paper sheet. No matter what I tried to do to fit the larger image onto printer paper did not work and knowing that the agency with I was preparing a document for would not have accepted either way, with three sections of the bottom of the document cut off or shrinking to a 71% image which would not have been accepted either form.
Waste of time and waste of money
I am never using PDFRun.com again This is my personal opinion !!!!

Absolute Scam advertising "Free" Services only to hit you with the subscription after you've filled out your documents. Waste of my ******* time. Terrible company

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a scam and I’m convinced people writing anything other than 1 star are either paid or bots. I had $3700 stolen from me by this site. Back in July 2017 I signed up for their free trial and canceled my account before the subscription kicked in. It wasn’t until June 2025 ( 8 years later ) that I realized that they have been taking $40 every month for a subscription that I didn’t have. When I talked to the company they confirmed on 2 occasions that I in fact did not have an account with them and haven’t had one since 2017. I’ve been trying for over a month to get my money and keep getting put through a never ending cycle of AI automated responses. It starts with an email saying they are reviewing my ticket and that I will get a personal response in 24 hours. Then I don’t hear back from them so I decide after a week of waiting to inquire about the status of my ticket. Then I get an email saying that their system states my issue has been resolved. They are crooks and this site is a scam!! Stay as far away from them as possible and for the love of God do not give them any of your information!

I never received full detail of statement that I created. I got my name and address and one line of datesnd transactions. Which I had up down a few weeks and month worth of data,but never come through.

Very easy to navigate and complete the requested form. Very reasonbly priced for the benefits offered as compared to Adobe PDF

I initially didn’t trust this site but I was lazy and needed something done quick. Linked a cashapp card to easily be able to block the merchant if I needed to and ultimately did JUST that. “Email and Password does not match” despite signing up minutes prior and using what’s auto saved to your iCloud (as if the info was incorrect) but they did give me my document though.

I pay for nothing, wasted my time for it to say after that I have to pay more to get the doc.

Exit: they answered me and after a fee adjustments to the note i needed i was able to get it submitted.

Hard to find account settings its been 3 days and i cant find it to cancel subscription. I used it for one note but cant find the cancellation and havent gotten an answer from support.

Template was easy to fill out and use.

This is the best site for creating agreements. Awesome. My new go-to for the entertainment industry.

My document was not completed correctly and has blanks! Then when I went to cancel subscription, it won't let me login, stating I don't have an account. Weird since I had to create one in order to pay and accept the "trial". They supposedly are in Delaware, but their customer service hours are Pacific Standard time. Definitely a scam. I want my money back and immediate cancellation!

It’s not letting me login under my account name and password!! I don’t want this subscription I need it canceled. Beware of scam
