Using this program is an FCC fraud lawsuit waiting to happen - don't risk it

The business model of selling PDFs is legit, but the creator is screwing people over left and right. His "made for you" sales pages come with FAKE testimonials and FAKE reviews - that's asking for an FCC lawsuit. Some are finance and crypto with FAKE results. Each sales page is presented with a FAKE persona and a fake photo with a fake story like "Hi I'm bob and I created this program because..." and it's all AI-generated fake photos.

He also gives you other people's copyrighted PDF guides to sell as order bumps!! Like the Hyrox fitness guides. He has no permission to distribute those. He gives these copyrighted PDFs to his customers to SELL- that's asking for another lawsuit. But worse, he's now offering his whole system, including his "Scaling Arena" 100% free but it's NOT free by ANY means. It costs $97/month!! You only get it "free" when you sign up for GoHighLevel under him.

GHL is $97/month. If you get a free trial and cancel, you lose access to all his "free" stuff. So you HAVE to KEEP PAYING $97/month to get his "totally free" program. If at any time you cancel your $97/mo GHL account, you lose access to his "free" stuff. And if you don't want a GHL account? You have to pay him $97/month directly for access to all his "completely 100% free stuff." But you can't use any of his stuff without a GHL account. So you are literally forced to pay for GHL to both use his program AND get access to his "free" stuff.

The sales pages he offers are all just GHL templates premade. There's no other option. So when you buy his programs you have to pay another $97/mo no matter what just to use his stuff. And he NEVER tells you ANY of this up front.

So yes, the model of selling PDFs is legit, but this program is a massive FCC and copyright lawsuit waiting to happen. If you use his materials, you can be sued by the FCC so fast for fraud. Just make your own PDF guides and sell them. I also tested his sales pages (this is my profession, I know what I'm doing) and they all fail. His sales copy is poorly written by AI and doesn't even make sense in many places. There are so many grammatical errors it's like he didn't even proofread it.

All of his "upsells" he gives you are from Entrepedia and they're garbage nonsense filler content and useless video courses that aren't worth even $1. But he tells you to sell them for $100+ as an upsell. Basically, if you buy this program you'll just be selling garbage AI content to people. Sure, you can get some sales with clever ads but you're going to dig yourself into a hole with unhappy customers when they get the poor content and then you're risking lawsuits for copyright infringement and fraud.

A good course tbh

A good course tbh. Like all online courses they slightly overstate how 'easy' your results will be to obtain. But as an amateur marketer I got real value out of it, especially considering the price. I was able to build a profitable business using the things I learned here. Main things I didn't know that I learned: good meta ads strategy, how to get the most out of chatgpt for copywriting, how to structure an infoproduct.

Warning

Warning: PDF Farming is a complete scam! The materials provided are incomplete and dysfunctional, filled with broken or incorrect links, inaccessible Google Docs, and PDF templates that are supposed to be editable in Canva but aren’t. Even after canceling, they continued unauthorized charges to my credit card, forcing me to cancel the card to stop them. Save yourself the hassle and regret—avoid this “course” at all costs. 100% scam!
