Pdf Convert AVOID AVOID AVOID

AVOID AVIOD AVIOD

I used this service over a year ago and for a 50p charge I ended up paying 29.50 off three months. I contacted them to stop they ignored me. Eventually I went to my bank and they terminated the payments.

I requested a refund - Shocking response. They have updated the website somewhat after many complaints about misleading customers.

I got a call from PDF 3 weeks ago requesting me to remove my review from this site and I would be given a full refund.

I did as requested as I reviewed the website and could see finally they had listened. The guy was very apologetic and stated they were contacting all reviews with negative comments.

I contacted them to confirm my actions and for three weeks they’ve messed me about.
Conclusion
Not only are they incompetent they’re liar’s
and have little or no customer care. Please use another they’re terrible.

If Pdfconvert read this do not call keep the money. Your company is a total sham.
