5* service, highly recommended
We were recommended PDC for a survey for a house purchase, the service was excellent and the report went above and beyond what we expected. We paid for the fast track service along with the optional drone footage, this was well worth it for the small additional fee. Martina was extremely helpful and accommodating, taking our calls and messages late on in the evening, despite the late calls we never felt rushed. We will definitely be using their services again

Martina did a great job with a survey on a prospective house. They made me aware of quite a few issues and explained the cost and also recommended reliable workmen who could help. Would recommend PDC surveyors to anyone!
