I have been a client of PC Office for some time. The Techs always take care of my problems and recommend the pertinent upkeep of computer by reminding me to optimize monthly. They ar always courteous and knowledgeable.

Ashi was very patient and fixed my…

Ashi was very patient and fixed my printing problem. I haven't been able to print from my wireless laptop to my wireless printer for months and he was able to fix it!! I think he's a genius! Thank you Ashi!!

Dear PC Support

Dear PC Support: I am very pleased to have the fine help of your employee, Mr. Shain. My issue today, 2/8/2019, involved my inadvertently reducing the size of my screen while I was trying to compose an e - mail. I chose to contact you via your icon-and-chat box option and thereby began conversing via text with Mr. Shain who was the available staff person. I asked Mr. Shain to show me how he made the successful corrections and he was very patient in so doing. Of course, I do not wish to make such an error, whatever happened, in the future.

Pc Support Office

To date, I have been very happy with the service I have received from your company. The technicians are professional and are receptive to answering my questions in an informative manner, and I ask many. I would definitely recommend your services as your technicians are able to work on older Windows as well as the newer Androids.
