Paul was recommended to us by friends who spoke very highly of him. They were not wrong. We needed help with a new printer, our laptop sorting out and phones linking to the printer. His visit was not without its problems but Paul had boundless patience and a good sense of humour. He's very knowledgeable and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

Paul was on time, set up the new laptop and transferred everything quickly. He was very helpful and patient showing me how everything worked. Has a quiet, reassuring manner. I would certainly use him again and recommend him to others.
