They effectively deliver on their promises within the announced timeframe. The PC produced is exactly what you choose and looks even better in person.

The build was terrible. Bent CPU heat sink, USB-C ports not working, and the back of the case I/O panel was not installed correctly, where the metal "tabs" were touching the internals of the USB-C port, which meant the PC kept dying due to eletrical shorts.

I will never purchase from this company again.

Assembly, QC, and shipping were notably efficient. The system arrived expertly packaged, with all mounting materials and spares well-conditioned. Performance is exactly as expected for the hardware specified. However, the provided documentation and driver links remain generic.

The built your own PC site is very intutive doing validations of build, so allowing to iterate very quickly on several builds.

Then ... the delivery date was meet which is always the most important thing ;-)

The website was very easy to use to choose all of my computer parts. The process was smooth and easy, and I was updated at every step of the way, including with a 360-degree view of the assembled machine. Well-assembled, clean and neat, with great cable management. Shipping was on time, and the computer came very well-padded and secure. And the computer itself is everything I hoped for!

Let me start by saying that the laptop (Recoil III) is a beast! As it should, it chews through the most recent AAA titles, every kind of Power Bi table and all that while streaming 4k videos from YouTube. As I said, a beast.
The fans ramp up, but hey, if you want silence you just don't go and buy a 5070ti laptop.
I had trouble placing my order, since it assumed my name as a company name, I still can't figure out exactly how but, it all worked out. It took more time than expected but, the order was placed (with great help from Renato - kudos to you, mate!) and after that, the assembly and expedition went by pretty fast. A week after the order being placed, I had my Recoil at home.
The setup process, after installing my OS, was straight forward, except for the 12th step where the manual adds an install which is not present on the downloaded folder, and the IRSt not installing, for some odd incompatibility. (it was fixed on the next Windows update so, no harm done.)
Using the laptop is a delight, but I've had 3 BSODs, all related to ntoskernel, which I expect to stabilise as updates keep flowing in.
All in all, well worth the money spent! If you have doubts about TongFeng laptops, rest assured, this one delivers, big time!
It's my first time buying from PCSpecialist, but it probably won't be the last. I've already recommend it two a couple of work buddies so, word will get around, eventually.
Get the order form fixed and you will have the last "full star"; as it stands, it's a 4,72 rounded up!

Fast delivery, all as requested, good information along the way

PCSpecialist assembled a big unit of a PC and besides a small niggle with a slightly loose HDD bay (which also comes down to my choice of tower), the availability of components, communication, service and build quality were excellent.

Highly recommended for custom builds!

Build setup was simple and delivery was within normal timeframes. Very good customer service, very responsive, with descriptions and photos throughout the whole process. A bit more expensive than building a PC manually, but worth it, given the support and warranty they offer. The only thing I would say is that there isn't much variety in some of the parts (for example NVIDIA's GPUs only had the 50 series when some GPUs from the 40 series would have also been interesting). Otherwise excellent website and service.

Overall, I'm quite pleased with the service and the laptop I received. The device arrived in excellent condition, and from my initial tests, everything appears to be functioning well, with the exception of the battery life, which is notably short.

My only significant piece of feedback concerns the order tracking and customer communication. I experienced delays due to the support team responding only once per day, in the mornings. This led to a three-day delay in my order being dispatched, as my responses weren't reviewed until the following day. I recommend improving the responsiveness of your order tracking support to avoid similar issues in the future.

The PC Specialist website is easy to use and I was able to select the components that I wanted. After I placed my order the communication from PC Specialist was first-class, they kept me informed of progress during the build and dispatch process.

PCSpecialist offer the perfect solution for people who like to specify exactly what they want in a PC, but do not want to physically built it.
The website is very user friendly and assists in making the right choices.
