easy to see on their site what is available and its full specs, etc. easy to order to one's exact specs and know the price accordingly; quick response to queries; knowing the computer ordered is built to your order means a few days' delay but it's still quite quick; being kept updated on the order as it progresses through building, testing, shipping; the computer was entirely up to expectations based on descriptions provided; competitive pricing.

Solid build, RGB strip cables were slightly loose but an easy fix, everything else was perfect, its good to see a PC build company that remembers the GPU support bracket :)

Made the most expensive purchase of my life, only for the PC to arrive with a massive dent in the side of the box, and a machine that was unusable for the first two weeks. Customer service was excellent, however; they guided me through the testing process and supplied a replacement RAM kit in advance. Everything has worked perfectly since.

The website is very detailed, you can make the most custom setup. The phone support was ready to answer any questions, no waiting on the phone too.

The computer came extremely well-packed (even if it fell off the dpd wagon it would still have no damage).

Obviously, the computer is made exactly according to spec.

The price might be the best on the market - even if you try to buy all components yourself you won't save more than 1-3%. Which is a very good deal for such a professional assembly.

I purchased a custom pre build from these guys back in March this year and it turned out I had a faulty 9070XT GPU. I initially thought I would be without my PC for a couple of weeks to get this fixed, but they sent out a brand new replacement just 3 working days later and exchanged it for my faulty GPU. Honestly so grateful for the rapid service and for how straightforward this was. The new GPU is working beautifully and I can’t thank you guys enough. Keep up the amazing work

I recently bought a new custom gaming PC from PCSpecialist, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. I’d been keeping an eye on the rising prices of PC components, and it didn’t look like things were going to settle down anytime soon. Because of that, I decided to sell my old PC and take the opportunity to upgrade before prices increased even further.

I was really in need of a new PC as although I had one already it was getting quite old and could not keep up.Although I could have upgraded I thought I’d pass down my old one to a relative. I was looking all over for custom PC builds but nothing I found was ideal and prices for Ram and other components cost a lot at the moment. I eventually found PC specialist and the process of a build through the website was perfect and easy and for the price my now new current PC is everything I wanted and needed and more. The communication with PC specialist is fantastic as I was updated often on the build and even got sent both a manual with the PC but also extra parts and emailed guides on certain attachments (WiFi antenna and so on). The build was done really fast and I got it in less than a weeks time and had no issue plugging it in and getting started. I can really see this pc lasting me many good years and it runs flawlessly and I’m very grateful!

I needed a powerful desktop for my work. I checked the usual suspects like Dell, but found their sausage factory builds didn't meet the spec I was after, even with the option to configure.
PC Specialist solved that. I was able to create exactly what I wanted. The build and delivery time were really quick too. Next time PC Specialist will be my first stop.

I've worked in IT for 15+ years, I used to build all my PCs myself but these days I just don't have the time. PC Specialist built my new PC just as well as I would have my self. I expected to have to tweak a few things once it was delivered but it was spot on, all I had to do was add my existing drives and GPU, and it booted first time . I didn't need to change a single thing. My new PC is top class, and I'd recommend PC Specialist to anyone. Well done, PC Specialist. Top marks!

I have always wanted a PC Specialist laptop ever since September/October 2013 but was unable to acquire one then I am very pleased with the build quality of the laptop and the GHZ C.P.U. speed, buy this laptop for the reason you'd want a hand assembled custom built and a sturdy manufactured hardware computer at the touch with top of the line computer chip components and software to boot.
