Recently sent in a PS5 to Dean for repairs and although it was unable to revived in the end, I couldn’t get over the level of customer service and care taken during the repair/consultation.

Dean provided me with updates regularly every week, was completely transparent throughout the whole process and in the end, offered to buy my PS5 off me to salvage for the parts that could still be used for a future repair. Would recommend Dean to anyone I know, really class guy and insanely helpful! :) Thanks so much mate!

Our house got hit with a power surge and it ruined my PS5’s power supply. I took it to Dean and he had it repaired for a really good price within 24 hours, and a warranty in case it didn’t work when I got home. Really good service and would recommend to anyone in the Stockport area.

Messaged Dean about my boys ps5. Told to bring it in the next day. Dropped it off 12pm and it was working again by 3pm. Brilliant service Brilliant communication and brilliant price.

I sent my Switch Lite for repair as the joycon wasn't working as well. Dean quickly fixed it and I have my Switch back within few days. The price is reasonable as well.

Took my xbox one x to Dean today and he diagnosed issue and had it repaired within a couple of hours. Fast, friendly service and so glad to know where he is as it is hard to find a 'tech' person who knows what they are talking about and someone I can trust. Highly recommended.

Had an issue with my son’s PS5 which was out of warranty. Repaired quickly and at a fraction of the cost quoted by Sony. Great communication as well. Thank you Dean!

My sons PS5 HDMI port was broken my mum found D.E.A.N.S we were really happy with the service friendly and quickly fixed the price was really good to. I would definitely recommend this place and will go here again if needed.

The Xbox One hard disk failed just before my sons were due to visit. The response from Dean was prompt and courteous. The disk was replaced efficiently at a fair price and the lads were up and running...

Dean did a fantastic job on my pc when it failed to update Windows 10. He changed the hard drive and backed up all data. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly guy.

Dean has repaired my PS4 Pro that I stupidly broke, and cleaned my brothers one out within a few days of eachother, the cleaning was done within 40 minutes! Top, top guy!
