I bought and paid WORD program for $32.99. However, I failed to install the program. No proper help was given . I asked for a refund but could not get.

Unfortunately, I have to give a poor review. I downloaded and installed the Win 10 OS just fine. However, upon applying the product key, I an error message appeared stating it was already being used on another machine.

Being old and not understanding how fast things change doesn’t help working with only using texting messages back and forth.

In my haste I put a bad review out giving this company one star. I guess my problem was a new way of installing windows I haven’t done before. Years behind the power curve. This company was on the spot getting back with me communicating my next step in updating my windows software. My problem was me! Not them. Sorry

Maybe just a little consideration to explain on a personal note and not just throwing the information out dry and thinking that we meaning me understands what’s going on. 4 stars for that reason. Again mostly my fault. Thanks for getting back to me so quick!!

It would not allow me to install the Office 2021 Home & Student software. This purchase appears to be a scam

I had positive experience with PCmasters. Their technical support was excellent. I was able to install the software without any difficulties. I highly recommend PCmasters for any IT needs.

When I need your help, it is always very important to my new installs and time sensitive. You come through like champs and save the day. Quickly and relatively in my price range.

Had an older laptop that needed a copy of Windows 10 and PC Masters provided a very reasonable price to get me what was needed. So many are selling the install but without the key which I would not buy.

I have never used the services of PC Master before and found them during a search on Google. I own a very old msi computer with Windows 7 on it and wanted to see if I could update the operating system to 10. I was having trouble figuring out what to buy and decided to use the 24/7 online chat service.

I got someone named Star and told my situation to the service rep. They got me to the right page to help me find what I needed to download. However, I ran into problems with the download activation because of the age of my computer. My computer met all the specs, but I was having trouble getting the operating system to install. Star walked me through the extra steps, even when remote access would not work to have Star help me. It took some time, but Star was very, very patient and finally got me going to where the new OS started to install, which took an hour or more to happen.

I then took a nap as a senior of age 67 and woke up later in the early morning hours and found the new OS 10 was successfully installed. When I got to the desktop, I had to activate the new key to make the OS fully functional. I put in my license number, but it would not work. So I used the chat service again and this time got Kathline and told her the problem. She gave me a few steps to do to start the process of getting the license going by phone with microsoft. I got to the desired screen and sent her a screen image of that screen. She then went to work for me to make the call and set up the license key I had been given. That only took about 5 minutes. When she was done, she told me to try the key again. I did and it worked! These kids are amazingly knowledgeable. I would not have known to do the things they know to do with these computers, but they knew.

Now my old msi computer which is decades old, which I inherited from my late cousin is up to speed with Windows 10. The first thing I noticed with the new OS is that the computer was not failing to start each time I turned it on, but came up immediately, only telling me the old OS7 was corrupted on the disc. The update greatly helped the response level when turning my old computer on. Just great!

This was a very wonderful experience for me. I don't have to toss my old computer and it is working just fine now and with an updated OS. Thank you to the service reps at PC Masters.

I highly recommend these people to you if you are having the same difficulty I had with my old computer. Don't throw your old computer out. Get these people to help you. I had a great experience with them today and glad I found them by chance off of Google. The cost of the upgrade was very low cost too and I'm a senior on a fixed income too. So the price was great for the upgrade of $18.99. Wow! Amazing!

Couldn't get installation to work, sent a help request out, never got a response. Would not recommend

I got the application I wanted, MS Office 2019 pro, at a great price. Download and activation was a little confusing. Some instructions for purchasers would be helpful.

I still have not received the key to install Office Suite Pro+,

The tech who helped me stayed in the chat for at least 30 minutes while I performed a series of steps that he advised me on.

Software not valid.

I was at [at first] afraid of their company, but learned they are U.S. owned , They have been granted access from windows to do their work. And I can Talk To A Real Person ! ! ! ! They have chat too, and they answer questions ! ( not with more deception ) No extra Charges !! No extra "Hidden Agendas to Rob You".
So Now, I wish them well.
