I had a problem getting my license key to work. I was skeptical but the customer service was phenomenal in each interaction I quickly spoke with a person who was knowledgeable, understandable and worked through the issue. So the customer service actually matched the value

My experience was excellent

My experience was excellent. Everything went very smooth thanks to the help I received from Lee loading my key certificate and helping me with a lot of Microsoft updates. I will purchase from this supplier again. Thank you.

Fantastic Customer Service!!

PCmasters helped me with a Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 2021 install. Do not hesitate purchasing from PCmasters as they offer competitive prices but, more importantly should you encounter any issues whatsoever, they are just a phone call away and are more than helpful. I am so very glad found them!

Very helpful chatting with you!

I had no idea how to install my software properly, but when I went to the website I was able to chat with a very nice human being. He walked me through the process and stayed on the chat long enough to be sure I got everything settled.

Great service, and a great deal on this software!
