I ordered a Fritzbox router 7590. Quick delivery, although the transport company had to come twice to my home. Good service from PCExpansion and the transport company. And a good price for the product as well.

Worst experience when buying online ever.

I ordered a 500 euro Electrical scooter that they had on their site, brand new, and it stopped working after just 3 days.
They of course subcontract the most useless and the most violent of delivery companies and they do not hold themselves accountable for the result of said transport.
If it weren't enough the support is really depressing, i mean, beyond the level of lazy and disrespectful. If you try to send them an email you will get replies that are 1 or 2 words long, if you are lucky maybe you get a full sentence, and they will disclose no info at all, since they don't know anything for anything, date of arrival? Don't know. State of the repair of the scooter? Don't know
And you'd think that phone client attention would be slightly better, but i am afraid not, you will be met with rude people that do not want to talk to you or be there, in fact on my call i was constantly getting cut off by the assistant and couldn't get a word in, I gave up after 10 minutes of trying to get through to him and hung up.

The combination of poor service, assistance, and products will make it so I am certain that i won't be buying ever again here.

If I could pin all the images from my mail conversations I would, they are hilariously frustrating to read.

Be sure to read everything, and by that I mean everything, because the operator on the phone was obnoxious about it, replies like that should not be tolerated.

PS: Today i finally got my scooter back and guess what IT'S STILL NOT WORKING

Horrendous customer service, stay away from this shop! My RMA refund is taking three weeks already, and they just keep lying and ignoring my messages.

Edit: refund arrived, but it took numerous emails and a phone call. Two other online shops processed my refunds automatically the next day after receiving the return.

Great product, great phone... but way too pricy!!

Ok, just to make this clear, a lot of people are quoting that these guys are scam artists. Let me make this absolutely clear. These guys are a legit company, and sell the product they advertise on site. They dispatched the item the day after i ordered, and it arrived the day after that, swift, no problems with delivery. Seriously, ignore the haters, order from these guys with confidence.

Too late with delivery. Answering to me that GLS is late, while they didn’t ship. 1 day late is not so bad but lying to customers or misinforming them is not ok.

PS earlier that day I had someone on the chat service who told me he would send a message what went wrong. Nothing happened that day.
