When I my Computer the keyboard would not work called PCexchange and they sent me a new keyboard right away am very happy with them

I have used PC Exchange for a variety of needs for my organization. They have always been flexible and worked to meet our needs. Products rarely come in defective, but on the rare occasion that they do RMA/replacements are quick and easy. I highly recommend PC Exchange.

PC Exchange is my one stop shop for our PC needs. We are a small organization with 50 desktops and laptops in use. We are faced with the challenge of replacing obsolete Windows XP units. Windows 8 is too big of a learning curve for most of our employees, and the price tags are too high. The used Win7 Pro computers that I have bought in the past year have performed quite well. Only once has PC Exchange sent me the wrong item, and they got the correct machine shipped out to me right away with no hassle.
I would recommend PC Exchange to anyone with a limited hardware budget needing high quality used Windows desktops or laptops.

I have dealt with PC exchange for several years. I have always found their products to be in very good condition and the one year warranty is more than most new computers have from major manufacturers. They stand behind their products of which I have had first hand experience. I have purchased quite a few computers for my clients over the time we have have been doing business and I recommend them to everyone that wants a replacement computer at a great price. They have a good selection and based on your budget you can spend whatever you can afford and get a good working computer with a fresh operating system install and any pertinent software needed for daily use.
