We treat the usual complaints and a few of the nasty ones: virus and malware infections, computers that have slowed to a crawl, machines that won't start, email and printer setup, network and Wi-Fi trouble, backup and security checks, and general day-to-day support for home users and small businesses. Because the consultation happens online, your computer never leaves your desk. Nothing gets unplugged, nothing disappears into a back room for three days, and your printer, second monitor and saved passwords all stay exactly where they are. You see every click of the session and you end the connection yourself when we're finished. There's no callout fee, because there's no vehicle to pay for — and your postcode doesn't change the price. A customer in Broken Hill gets the same appointment, at the same rate, as one in Brisbane. Consultations start at $59 for a Quick Fix, $99 for a Full Health Check, and $29 a month for the Care Plan, which includes a monthly check-in and priority booking.
