A Company that goes Above and Beyond
PC Doctor (Andy) is an absolute diamond. My Chromebook started having a breakdown swiftly followed by me. I honestly thought I had turned it into an expensive paperweight so in distress I reached out to three local companies explaining the problem. The very next morning early, I received some instructions on what to do. The first idea didn't work out but within minutes of letting Andy know I received another text with fresh instructions to try. They worked like a dream, I even got everything back, I thought at the very least I would need to start again with a fresh operating system but I got everthing back, my wallpaper, my apps, all my photos and layout, I was so impressed. The icing on the cake was that Andy fixed my Chromebook for free, what a star. Thank you Andy, I really do appreciate all that you did for me. A week on and I think it is worth noting that the two other local busnisses I reached out to didnt bother getting back to me, not even an acknowledgement. Thanks again Andy.
