Fast, no problem. First time buying from PCDiga - but the quality of the website, service, etc. made the process smooth. Thank you!

Zero customer service

I accidently ordered an operating system in the wrong language, immediately wanted to call to fix the mistake, but no one ever answers their phone. I tried for hours as I urgently needed my computer to work. I also send an email but never got any response. Very very bad customer service.. there should always be a way to contact the shop. I dont feel confident to buy from here anymore, also because I dont know if they would handle my returns properly.
