A very professional firm, with customers expectations in hand.
I had a problem on my delivery and I honey am 100% happy with the conclusion to this problem that they sorted out for me. I 100% recommend then to all future customers.

I was pleased to find an HP all in one at a reasonable price, it was delivered promptly, though sadly I have no idea if the thing works as whoever hastily packed the box decided not to supply the 19V charger. It's like having a new car delivered without the battery.
One would imagine the charger would come with the device, as it's hard to imagine how the "Windows 10 Pro" and everything else got installed. It seems it's not only Boris Johnson who is keen to cling to power at the moment...
I spoke to the company who said they will send the charger with it on a next day delivery.
UPDATE: Received the charger, (wrong voltage) this then blew the motherboard with a worrying pop, so now I have a £190 paperweight on my desk. Will now have to get a replacement board and a proper charger from elsewhere, or buy another all-in-one from a proper refurbished PC seller
My experience with these people are rather negative as they had neglected to pay for the UK to Sweden customs charge so the package got sent back to them, they admitted to recieving it and after about a month they told me they would reship it and claimed to have done so but i havent gotten any resolution nor any reply from the messages their social meda dms has showed the screenshots that they have read in ~3 months so i'd say these guy are either a pretty bad company, unlucky, or selective scammers as they tried to make ME pay for THEIR mistake seeing it as they had written the total cost including every fee on their site.
EDIT: Finally got in touch with them and they said they were once again reshipping the item so hopefully i will be able to truthfully change this review
Purchased through eBay. Received incorrect item. Seller would not accept return. They left a response to my negative feedback stating that the customer was refunded and allowed to keep the item- I was never refunded. eBay will not help me. PayPal will not refund me. The single worst computer seller on eBay. Avoid at all costs. I have been treated like trash by eBay, PayPal and PCBITZ.
Superb experience and totally rescued us from a rather large hole HPE left us in when a clients server failed just a month out its HPE warranty....
First port of call was to take a look on PCBITZ which we found the ideal ML350 Gen9 complete server (perfect for us as we needed to swap out a motherboard and have other parts on hand should we have found our clients server had "all gone Pete Tong")
Arrived early after placing the order late Friday and spoke to a very helpful young chap on the trade counter (sorry guys i should have called Friday to let you know id heading over first thing on Monday but it totally slipped my mind... it was no issue and i am very grateful for the chaps who lifted the hefty server up to the trade counter).
I'm still waiting on HPE to send a quote for the bits they said we needed so very lucky to have a far superior PCBITZ supplier who had all the bits we needed and where we could effortlessly easily collect.
Without PCBITZ we would have been completely stuck.
You are also our go to for IT equipment collections. Always superb service and its good to get the calls to find out if we have kit needing collection which we really value. Ourselves being a smaller firm otherwise would struggle with WEEE compliance this makes it so complete hassle free.
Thank you :-)
I bought a Lenovo Thinkpad directly from their website to save £10 off the ebay listing for the same item.... big mistake. Having previously bought a few laptops from these guys via ebay I thought no problem, however this one had a power fault where it would only power on if both the internal and external batteries were disconnected then reconnected. I am a computer engineer with over 15 years experience and have seen this fault a few times over the years and it generally indicates the motherboard is faulty so needs to be replaced. I emailed these guys to advise of the fault, no reply for 2 days so emailed again, they replied and asked if the back cover had been removed and as I said yes they then advised it had invalidated their warranty and couldn't be returned. Of course the cover has to be removed to disconnect the battery so long as its disabled in the BIOS first then this wont cause any issues or "shorts" or damage the motherboard. I explained this to them as its also a well documented Lenovo diagnostic step.
No damage what so ever had been caused to the board by myself performing these steps and the fact that the laptop would power up each time the battery was disconnected and reconnected demonstrated the existing fault. They were not interested so fortunately I had paid via PayPal so I opened a case and after 2 weeks PayPal issued a full refund although I had to pay for return postage of the laptop. Really disappointing with there attitude and I would advise people to stick to buying via their ebay shop as your better protected or if you do buy direct use PayPal so you have some protection.
Bought a "refurbished and tested pc" from their ebay store and when I tried to upgrade the memory I find only 2 of the 4 memory slots are working. Obviously no testing done and the amount of dust inside the case was a dead giveaway too.
Never again!
Bought a motherboard of them and the 2nd dimm slot didnt work. paid the return postage and refuse to refund me! spent over a day finding the issue and time returning it! they reply to you like robots as well when explaining they couldnt give a toss. stay well clear used them for a bit thought ok ill leave ebays safety and use the website direct and give them the profit. big mistake.
I found PCBITZ as they had a great deal on a specific server I was looking for. The purchase process was easy and the free next day delivery is just amazing. Outstanding service and great prices.
Perfect service and fast Delivery.
Just perfect.
Thank you.
I found this company on eBay whilst looking for monitor for my arcade cabinet project. From the very first email to the last after recieving my delivery 24 hours after ordering this company have been nothing but flawless. Every email was answered promptly in a friendly, helpful manner. They went out of their way to select the best monitor from their stock for my purposes. Free delivery that was well within the stipulated timeframe and the item was well packed, perfect and just as described. I am not usually one to review company's online but the level of service I received has made me come on here to tell everyone. I cannot fault the service and I will definitely come back again as a customer. If only every online shop was a attentive as pcbitz.com.
I have purchased a few times from pcbitz and have always been very pleased with all service aspects such as delivery times and their excellent help and support.
The pricing is also very hard to beat!
