I’m waiting for 3 pairs shoes that I have ordered few days ago, believe they are good, from the picture and description on the website. Hopefully they will fit my foot well.
Update: I received the 3 pairs of shoes on 7/20/21, it was pretty fast, and the delivery and packaging are excellent! The quality is very impressive, soft and stylish, I love my very first purchase, I think I will order more pairs of shoes from pazzion.com website, I am very happy with this purchase!

This is the first online order from Pazzion and I am pleased I did it. The shoes came well-wrapped and delivery took only 2-3 days. I was so pleased with the care given to the shoes. The shoes are always one of my top choices. Thank you for the VIP discount that was refunded to me after mentioning it here. Now,I know how to get the discount upon purchase online.

Purchased on Friday 9 July and not even worn once except for trying at the shop,vivocity. I was refused for exchanging when I went back to the other branch on 11 july, Bishan. The Reasons were given by the staff was the base of the shoes was worn out, not black enough. It was a terrible experience whilst reasoning for hours over the phone and at the shop. Totally unhappy with the way with sales and manager managing after sales services. Pazzion staff are not even making an exceptional service when seeing a displeased customer.

It was truly an insult to a genuine customer’s integrity and honesty.

To all new customers, please check all the base of the shoes before purchasing it to avoid unnecessary and ugly situations.

when I used to travelled to Singapore, I always stop at any Pazzion store to bring back comfortable shoes, flat, heel to Australia (price wise will be cheaper compare to Australia Brand and very comfortable).

Since pandemic, obviously no more travelling for everyone and I need couple pair new shoes, and try to order online, since I know my size at Pazzion Shoes, But what surprise me the delivery service is shocked me as how fast to reach Australia.

Order on Thursdays and received goods by Sunday (when I received text from the logistic company mention that my goods will arrive Sunday, I am thinking can't be right, and then after 2 hours my door bell rang, and its my parcel from Pazzion).

Feel like Christmas in July!! will definitely reorder again soon!!!!
