Horrible

Horrible. Never do business with these people ever ! Got charged for an order that i did not place and it’s nobody to talk to ! They took money off my card and I’m trying to get it sorted but it’s no one to even talk to so now i have to go through my bank . Never again .

Stay away from these THIEVS

Stay away from these THIEVS. PURCHASED an item from Walmart and noticed I got the wrong one they didn’t have the grinder i wanted so returned the item the same day unopened, and return info filled out. Ginreturn the item. They refund the card FOUR gave me and proceed to let 4 know. 3almost 4 weeks later they still reject my claim. Saying they have not received the money from WalMart. THAT IS A BOLD FACE LIE!!!! IAM cutting them off from sucking my bank account dry and looking for legal actions to take. STAY AWAY ITS A FRAUD

My experience started off well. As of 2025 not so good. I have reached out to support over 50 times and no one will respond. When I go to social media they delete my comments. They have someone to do that but not actually help the customers. Before this year I really enjoy the app

My experience started off well but ever…

My experience started off well but ever since January the payment information does not work. I will pay my initial payment, receive the temporary card information that Four gives me, type it all incorrectly and double check the info, submit the payment, then the retailer will decline the payment saying the billing address is incorrect when I put all the information correctly. This happened to me 3 different times and everytime I have to wait for a refund. And from the looks of it there are tons of people going through the same thing yet they have no customer support line where we can speak with a live agent and our time and money is being wasted.

This app is extremely UNRELIABLE

This app is extremely UNRELIABLE. Many of my orders does not go through . They take days to refund money . They are not worth the hassle . On top of giving a spending limit -and when you choose a store to shop at , the limit is excessively lower than the approved amount . This app SUCKS!!!!!

Charges for orders that didn’t even successfully get placed. tried placing order and i got charged on my debit card 3 times and the order never got fulfilled and FourApp claims i placed the orders and won’t issue refund. Definitely not the app to use.

This is the second time i had to file a bbb complaint with this company. i got a notice im past due yet the app shows i paid on time and i have proof. you cant get ahold of anyone ever i recommend another company im about to cancel my membership because its too many issues with this app

So far so good, they give you a 4 way split on almost anything you can think of, of course you need a membership for stores like Amazon etc, that would be my only dislike, but far as service and everything working out, this app is legit 100 percent

Frustrated and Disappointed

First off, if I could have gave a zero I would have. When you go to The Help Center, you get AI automatic system that cannot answer your questions. When you ask for a live human being to chat with. You are refused to speak to one. My problem is in the app it is showing I have a pending amount. I don't understand why because I'm not behind on any of my payments and none are do right now. I went to my bank statement and I sent copies through the help center showing where your company took each payment out of my account. So why am i showing pending? It is taking away from my available balance. This is not the first time this has happened, and I tried contacting your company without any success. Once again, it took away from my available balance and never put it back. I don't understand how you can run a company and the customers cannot get in contact with anybody in customer service when it comes to having a problem. I see where your company have plenty of complaints, yet and still you've done nothing to correct them apparently. I want somebody to get back with me or I have no choice but to contact somebody outside of your office to get this taken care of. This is ridiculous

So far so GREAT!!

So far so GREAT!!! Seriously in my experience with split payment apps this one takes the cake for sure. I've downloaded and purchased through a few different ones before but now that my credit score isnt too good these days 🫤,they wont let me split payments with them anymore. So I downloaded this one and instantly i received "spending power" right off the bat. I've never been late on any payments with the other ones I used to use and still they won't deal with me due to my credit score. Thank all of you at FOUR!
