Have used this company twice in recent months. On both occasions service has been excellent. Mel provided great information and kept me informed when manufacturing delays occurred. With the second carpet I wanted a specific delivery date which was met. Quality of carpet is great at a price significantly below two local quotes that I had obtained.

I messed my order up to start with and ordered the wrong flooring but Mel was really understanding, helped me arrange sending it back and order the correct product. Really fast, helpful responses and ultimately the right product at a competitive price.

We decided to order the 100% wool Manx Tomkinson carpet in colour Husk after receiving a sample in the post. The team went above and beyond to draw a detailed floor plan with my very rough measurements I provided and told us exactly the quantity we needed. This is the first time I have ordered carpet from an online retailer and I will definitely be using them for all future purchases! The carpet was competitively priced, a beautiful colour and amazing quality. We had a deadline that we needed our carpet delivered and Mel worked hard to ensure the order was sent out for delivery before the bank holiday and in time for the fitters! Thank you so much for our beautiful carpet throughout our house!

Great carpet at half the price of the high street carpet shops. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars what the delivery they used forgot to load my carpet so had to wait an additional week. Mel in the office couldn’t have been more apologetic and kept me up to date on time of the rescheduled delivery.

Wary of buying carpet on line but the prices were so good and delivery cheaper than other sellers so took a chance. Mel was so very helpful and kept me in the loop at all stages particularly when my original choice was unavailable. It was really easy to shop and always speak to the same person who knew what was needed rather than just an impersonal call centre so thank you Mel. I like their delivery system too, the website gives which day they they deliver to your postcode (v helpful when arranging a fitter) and the driver was great too with timings. Will definitely get our next carpet from Pay Trade Flooring
