I like that I can for medical stuff and then make monthly payments to pay it off.

The first issue I dealt with regarded a payment for prescriptions at a pharmacy, which seemed like a medical expense. Apparently, it was not. Since that point, my overall finances experienced a major downturn, and I am now dealing with bankruptcy. After several attempts from my attorney to notify Paytient of my dire situation, this company ignores the legal proceedings and continues to contact me and attempt/make deductions from my account.

Great option for those unexpected medical and dental expenses.

It was really easy to use. I forgot my physical card at home 🏡. Used the app to pull up my card information and used it. Was easy and quick to do.

This is so easy to use and makes big charges manageable.

I love that I was able to receive a large spending limit that I'm able to pay back over time. I had not been to the eye doctor in a few years and I wear contacts and glasses and once I saw I was approved for the spend limit, I immediately made an eye doctor appointment for that following Saturday. The exam was covered by the insurance but I as able to get new contacts for a year and new glasses with my Paytient card and I can pay it back over time. I am so thankful or this. Next is to find a new primary care doctor and a dentist. Thank you Paytient!!!

The whole process. My Dr. sent the px to Amazon pharmacy instead of the actual Zepbound pharmacy address . The clinics in our area don’t know really what to do. There was a copy of a paper for directions and I followed my part but because my provider didn’t do his part correctly I am on the 5th week after the px was written and it’s finally being sent. I have had to educate the MA’s at the clinic and I’m pretty sure they didn’t think I knew what was going on. Not enough education of providers in my case.

This was my first time using the card. Never expected it to work but I was pleasantly surprised.

We love this card! Helps us with co-pays & unexpected medical bills. I would like to suggest a larger credit amount. Instead of a $500 limit, up that to $1000
