❌ Fraud Experience – Stay Away from SprintNXT / PaySprint
I paid ₹1.5 lakh + GST for their UPI Payout API services with a clear agreement:
API will be delivered within 20 days
Refund within 7 days if not delivered
After payment, their behavior completely changed.
👉 No updates
👉 No valid KYC confirmation
👉 No working API
👉 No refund
👉 I was blocked after follow-ups
I spoke to Aditya Thakur, who made all promises and then disappeared. Even after contacting senior team members like Prateek Gautam, there was no resolution.
I’ve been mentally harassed, lied to, and financially cheated. They kept delaying with fake excuses and never gave any transaction ID or refund proof.
I’m preparing to file an FIR, cyber fraud case, and consumer court complaint with full proof.

I recently made a payment of ₹59,000 to PaySprint, expecting to receive the services they promised. However, after receiving the payment, they failed to provide any service. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, there has been no resolution or refund offered. This company has completely ignored my requests, and their lack of professionalism is alarming.
If you're considering doing business with PaySprint, beware—they do not honor their commitments and will leave you frustrated. They took my money and vanished without delivering anything. Stay away from this fraudulent company if you don't want to lose your hard-earned money like I did.
