Frustration Over Unexpected Hidden Fees
This has been a ridiculous experience. I’ve wasted a lot of time filling out the required documents and providing details, only to be surprised by the monthly maintenance fees. These hidden fees are outdated and not used by other services anymore. I had already checked the pricing upfront to ensure there were no setup, maintenance, or hidden fees before proceeding, yet they appeared after I had already wasted my time. Very frustrating...
