Worst company ever

We have a business and have had for over 3 years. We paid a £2000 deposit to get paypoint sorted in our shop. They said after 6 months you can get your deposit back. I applied after 6 months - failed credit. Which I have never failed in my life. So now 3 years later I'm applying for MY OWN DEPOSIT back. My personal and business credit score is 999. I have 10 direct debits between myself and business, 3 loans aswell. So my credit is perfect. But now I've been refused again to get my deposit back as they make up so much **** to not give u ur money back. They now said its not just credit but we look into a confidential algorithm too. Like what the hell? Why all this **** just to get your own money back. There is nothing more I can do as I have a score of 999. Been messed around. Its a joke. Will be so glad when I stop paypoint at my business

Retailers daylight robbery

My local paypoint machine in liverpool 25. The retailer will only allow you to pay a bill if you purchase something from his store first this is if your paying by credit card I was so angry over this I actually drove further out of my district just so I could pay a bill

Gave my top ups to everyone but my supplier

Gave all my electricity top ups to the wrong companies, my electricity company couldn't get the money back from these companies and paypoint were in no way liable, meaning I have to foot a £600 bill that is made up of money I already paid

Paypoint is a joke because the shop keepers refuse to do any transactions I need a Paypoint shop to pay my bills or pay parking fines or parking permit
And remember a lot of business use Paypoint as a way to pay with ease but when the shop keepers refuse to use Paypoint or they say it's not working or they have a limit on how much money they take is bull because I can go ASDA and pay all my bills. I really hope companies realise that Paypoint is a joke just like the banks refusing to pay your bills if you don't have an account there these companies need to wake up

Paypoint don't even deserve a star

Paypoint don't even deserve a star. Just that this column will not come on without clicking on a star. I had missed one payment and they blocked the account straight away and two weeks later they are hassling me for a 90-pound charge for a missed payment of only 80 pounds which was paid to them the same day which is ridiculous.

They are rude, arrogant, and always threatening.
Send letters in red ink. They are a ridiculous bunch.

Awful avoid if you can

Awful avoid if you can. Three of the paypoint shops near me have stopped doing it despite advertising they do. I finally found a place that did and was informed by the staff that their takings limit for the day had been reached (imposed by paypoint) and they could not process any more paypoint transactions today. It was only 2:30pm. I was told to come back tomorrow. The post office is closed until monday. The next machine is a hours walk away.

A BUNCH OF LIARS

My family got awarded electricity and toiletry grants from the government to make up our losses during this pandemic my mum went to FIVE pay points and they all refused or lied saying their machine isn't working or the voucher doesn't work or that they dont have cash and DID not give her anything, they are literally lying and refusing to give what the government instructed them to do so DO NOT TRUST absolute shambles of a company

Retailer here. Horrible Service All Around

Retailer here. Been with Paypoint for years now and gotta say its one of the most unethical and useless service providers I have to had to deal with. Their customer service is useless and unhelpful 99.99 percent of the times. Their paypoint one terminal is so slow and laggy that a smartphone from a decade ago would perform much faster in comparison. After years, I had missed one payment and they blocked the account straight away with £70/80 late payment fees which is ridiculous as we dont make £70 profit in a year as a matter of fact we just about breakeven with the cost of running a paypoint. Their reversal of transaction takes more than a month which is ridiculous as every other business issues a refund within 14 days. So yeah they are pretty bad all around. The only reason I am still with paypoint is for my local customers and if it weren't for them I would have left ages ago.
