Great Response to Customers Concerns
Updated: I highly appreciate this company's responsiveness. After this review they provided me with an updated confirmation reflecting the 'correct' transmission time. Based on their communication, it appears they have updated their software entirely to allow future persons to have the time reflected 'correctly'. That's pretty awesome. Thank you for the super fast response time! I'll have to take your word for it that it'll be a readable document on their end.
The quality in the first preview before I sent looked iffy. I figured maybe it was just because it was a preview that it was lower quality than the actual fax would be. The attachment I received after completion showed an even worse version for its' preview. I'm concerned if it's a bad fax machine it got delivered to, it might not print out readable at all in the end. I don't know if it's because there were screen shots of documents for a couple pages or what because even the completely word document page wasn't the greatest quality. Also, it delivered at 11 something at night, but it gave me a confirmation in the next day of 3 something in the morning. The fax was going to the same time zone I'm in; I really would have liked it to have been confirmed in my time zone as well. I'm now concerned I will have issues with the receiver telling me I didn't get it in by the midnight deadline when I really did. My email for the confirmation arrived at 11 something at night, I know their fax machine log should also state the correct time; I'm hoping that's enough. It did send, and it was relatively inexpensive and a quick process overall. I had hoped it would go better.
I just tried to post this review from the date it auto populated and it popped up the warning "Your review must be about a past experience. Please change the date to reflect this." I had to change the date back to my time zone's date. So my fax is still in the future? Trippy.

Regarding the quality concerns you mentioned - fax technology inherently transmits at lower quality than source documents viewed on a monitor or printed out, given that it's limited to no more than 200 dpi and black-and-white only. No preview
I faxed twice. I was not shown a preview on either occasion. I had to agree to pay for something I couldn't preview. I exited and restarted multiple times with no change.

Send button wouldn't reset after pdf
I uploaded a pdf which was rejected, but it wouldn't reset the send button when I uploaded a jpg. I had to refresh the page and refresh the cover letter content and phone number.

The app is awesome
The app is awesome. Just need a few additional tweaks. Relating to the import of files and the relative image size to the cover sheet. Also, the ability to be able to remove/replace downloading files without having to restart however, great experience I’m recommending it to everyone I know.
