I couldn't transfer my money due to their stupid limit and it got hacked and they couldn't protect the money.

After waiting years to finally receive a small payout from Adobe Stock through Payoneer, I was shocked to see how much was deducted before I could withdraw it.

Original payment: $49.81
fee: $3.00
Annual account fee (taken immediately): $29.95

So from nearly $50, I was left with just $16.86 in my bank account.

At no point during sign-up or while waiting for my funds was I clearly told about this $29.95 annual fee. Payoneer support only gives standard replies about “terms and conditions,” but that’s not transparency. Most users, like me, only discover this charge after money is taken.

This feels misleading and unfair, especially for small creators who rely on every dollar of their earnings. I’ve used PayPal and other services for years without ever facing such hidden deductions.

Payoneer charges an annual fee even if you barely use the account, and they won’t refund it.

They themselves try to block the customer's account and hold the money.

I do not recommand to add your money there or work with them, for any tiny issue, they will just close your account ad you lose your money

I am extremely frustrated with Payoneer’s customer service. After almost one month, their team has been completely unable to help me open a simple company account. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including contacting customer support who promised follow-up, nothing has been done. This level of incompetence is truly pathetic and unacceptable. Payoneer’s customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. How can a company that deals with financial services be so inefficient and unresponsive? Avoid at all costs if you value your time and sanity. Absolutely lame and pathetic!

really rubbish customer service. different information from the live chat to the phone to the website to the emails...just a mess. Don't risk your money with them.

Is Payoneer a scam?

I've been trying for two weeks to receive payment from Viagogo for tickets I re-sold. (As instructed by Viagogo)

There does not seem to be any method of actually DOING anything about this on the Payoneer site, only endless articles and FAQs, which are of no help whatsoever.

The "Contact our Customer Care team
***payoneercusthelp**" link, just leads straight back to the articles and FAQs.

So, I ask my question:
Is it just a scam or hoax website?

I have a funding source from the Likee app and I have a contract with them and I want to change the funding source to a USD Balance not direct to my local bank account and I got a payment from the Likee app from 26 June and until now is pending and all I got from the customer service is silly excuses for everything for approving the payment and change the funding source to a USD balance and for the notice the management of likee app contacts payoneer for my problem and for changing the funding source and until now the problem doesn't solve My Customer ID: 49222118
