Got a ticket at work in the work car park while I went to get a permit. Appealed with proof of who I was and where I worked and was asked to send a photo of the permit. I did. They reissued the PCN bu... See more

Parking Charge cleared
My partner parked at the hospital and put in the number plate with one digit incorrect. I was sent a Parking Fine, appealed it, and within 24 hours it had been cleared. The emails I received from the company were very helpful and courteous.
No mercy
Was lucky to get caught with them for parking at a apartment car park at 11 am and take the car at 11.10 am. The parking notice was issued at 11.02 am as if the guy was hiding their when I parked. I went to see an apartment that I am buying. Appealed to them with proof, no mercy and received a response in a day that I have to pay the fine. Yes, they did their job but absolutely no consideration of the intention of the person parked. At least they could consider that I parked their only 10 mts. When I left the site, the guy who put the parking penalty was still on site. So better be careful. They are here to make money.
Also when you pay, you do not get any confirmation of payment. Very sophisticated.
Nasty company
Nasty company. Accidentally didn't pay my parking at a car park I visit very regularly. Absolutely no sympathy and refused to reduce the amount or dismiss the bill.
Very kind world we live in - great compassion.
Rebecca and Jenifer Richards will happily assist you and tell you to do one.
No confirmation email or text available
Just paid a PCN on PayMyParkingCharge.com. £60 reduced from £100 as within 14 days. Now there’s a handling charge: £1.95.Didn’t like that. More importantly, and disgracefully no email or text confirmation is available when paying online. Finally the website doesn’t reconcile with the payment made. So you can (it seems to me) make duplicate payments on one ticket.
Rude and not helpful at all
Rude and not helpful at all! Spoke to a lady who was great and then a man who shouldn't be working there who spoke to me like I was scum on his shoe! Even with proof I still have to pay the fine!
Immediately paid but debt collection agency instructed 1 month later…
Paid pcn immediately as it was my error.
Monies have left my account to pay the charge.
1 month after paying I receive a not from a debt collection agency saying it's unpaid. I'm going to have fun with this one and go to court I think.
Love it when it's them that's wrong.
You are amazing, Hailey!
I talked with Hailey today. Very professional and kind with me. She has sorted out my issue quite quickly. They were very understanding 😊🙏
Want to take payments twice
After payment it will take you to an identical website as before paying, the only difference will be another £1.95 added as handling fee ( by this time you would have paid it initially). This is very confusing, as if they are tricking you to make another payment.
I had to check my bank acc to confirm that the payment was taken first time round. There is no email confirmation either.
In 2024 I would expect way better.
Also surprise, no way to contact them.
Appalling customer service
Received a £100 ticket (£60 if payed within 14 days and not sent for second appeal). I was actually parked outside my daughters house, which is a small gated community in a small UK town. I actually had a pass which was displayed on the dashboard and visible from the small passenger window to the left of the windscreen. This is not good enough apparantly, it needs to be on the windscreen... it's also not good enough to point out that I was parked in a visitor space and was obviously family as had the code for the gate... I appealed and was refused so I phoned to speak to a real person, thinking that all I needed to do was explain the situation - ie. visiting daughter, had code for gate in a private residential area, parked in the designated visitor spot AND had a parking permit, but no, common sense did not appeal to the extremely aggressive and rude lady on the phone. Hats off to her she is good at her job, not so great at customer service though.
