They said to wait for 14 working days for the application, but it took for me more than a month without any notice why it took that long. Chat Support takes forever to reply, webhook is not working well. So frustrating. If I have other choice I would not recommend this one.
I would give them zero stars if available, every time I deal with a company that uses their service they can not process the payment, totally useless company, I don’t understand why any business would use them as their credit processing service.
Paymongo, bad experience, they said 7 days to approve, then 14 days, then 14 business days, then they disapproved the application.
I asked them why, they said copyright infringement,.I asked them to show me where copyright infringement had taken place in my website, they stopped responding.
I feel this was discrimination in the best way.
