I have been buying from Payless Medical for at least six years now, and in all that time, only once an order had a mistake in it. I was quite happy with how quickly they dealt with the problem and corrected it. Good company to deal with.

There are no descriptions of the products. This is especially important when looking for products that are unscented. Product pics are too small and blurry; can't magnify. Some things are in the wrong category. Example: wheelchairs are under Home Medical Equipment instead of Mobility.

I have used Payless twice and received excellent service both times.Had trouble on line the last time but phoned them and no problem.Got my order the next day.

I was a good customer until my last order. I will go elsewhere to buy Convatec colostomy products. In a few weeks since my last order the EAKIN seals went up in price $22.24 and the barriers $27.41. What happened? I have no choice for the rest of my life but to buy these products. I have already found a competitor with prices below your previous prices.
