Not happy with the company, I purchased tickets but two days later I received a email that my order was canceled because they could not secure the tickets I had chose but I was able to get a refund.

I booked a trip that was canceled due to the war and responding back has been awful!! I spent $14,000 on this trip. I received an email stating that I could get a refund because the airline agreed. I have not heard anything else. Horrible customer service!!!

Shane was a great help, i was a bit anxious as i knew seat were going quickly for my flight so i wanted to see if i was able to allocate them before full payment had been completed, Shane was able to put my mind at rest and was able to complete the allocation of my seats with no problems.
