Thank goodness I found Payhip. I was initially going with another provider but their support was non existent and unworkable. Payhip is a great platform, I have little technical ability but am managing to build my course nicely. When I do email support, their responses are quick and super supportive (shout out to Kim). I’m very happy I found Payhip, I would recommend.

I have just gotten started with setting up my store. I needed clarity with something I was working on and emailed support. The response was fast and I am quite happy.

I love Payhip and the support is quicker than many other companies and a real person.
I have found it easy to learn how to build your shop, then the more you experiment and explore you see that we have many options and options to tailor colours, look and feel. What I love is you have options from digital, courses, coaching portals and more.
I think I have only just started.

First of all, I’d like to say that I am highly appreciative of PayHip’s business model, which offers either free-to-use or subscription-based services for their platform.

I live with multiple disabilities, severe enough that I seldom leave home at this point. Nearly 60, I have loads of life experience, but not a ton of tech know-how, nor a (currently) overflowing budget to crank out the big bucks for premium providers’ services.

The fact that my explorations of all that PayHip has to offer don’t dampen my budget means that I can be free to expand my creativity and have a greater hope of bringing my dreams to this 3D reality.

As for the Customer Experience as a consumer of the platform, I couldn’t be more pleased.

One of my disabilities now includes significant brain damage, following a fairly recent severe stroke. For this reason, and others, I’ve had many questions for the Support Department.

In my questions, I’ve stated that I’m in no rush for the answer. Even so, I have always received a response within a couple of days, if not sooner.

Additionally, when what I’ve wanted to do is not something offered via the PayHip platform, I’ve been offered other solutions as workarounds so that my ideas can still move forward. I am so appreciative of this help!

My site - on the PayHip platform - is just now beginning to come together. I’ve spent the past year or so, focused on recovery and healing, book-writing, and all sorts of other things.

My PayHip store is a priority, in the sense that since my stroke - May 16, 2023 - I have earned zero money, which I hope that using PayHip can help rectify for me… but not a priority in the sense that I am willing to relinquish my peace of mind or tranquility just to be seen as operating my business successfully.

Instead, I’ve given myself a pace of grace.

When everything comes together like I have it imagined in my mind, it will all be awesome.

Until then, while I am working on it (oh, by the way, I am a one-woman show, when it comes to my business), I will edit as I go and hope that the rest of the world will be patient with me as I work to get all of my words out, tell my stories, make them pretty, and *FINALLY* have a place from which I can dream, create, write, publish, share my life - my art - and build my business profitability, with caring and sharing.

I created my store a few says ago and am in the process of populting right now. Payhip has been an absolute blast. It is very easy to navigate and makes the process smooth and dare I say, fun?! I can recommend Payhip 100% to anybody who wants to launch an online store with a budget of zero. Thank you for making my ambitions a reality.

With 2 stores, It isn't totally intuitive to build your store but if you stick with it, you'll find the rhythm and it becomes easier.

MY STORE IS GONE!!!!
I created a store on Payhip, received orders, and then—out of nowhere—my store completely disappeared! I can't log in, and the connected domain returns a 404 error. My store has been deleted without my permission!!!!
I even tried creating a new store with the exact same email… and it worked. This confirms that my previous account has truly vanished.
This awful company doesn’t have live chat support, so now I have to wait for them to respond via email.

It's so easy to get up and running as a creator on Payhip. The sales come through easily too. 10 million times easier than Meta in my opinion. Customers pay via credit card or Paypal. Simple. User friendly.

The fact that Payhip enables you to have a free online store with all the payment and file hosting integrated all-in-one, I have to say that this is the kind of company I love to support. I cancelled my web host, deleted WordPress and WooCommerce, and moved everything to Payhip.
