Doesn't work for 3 months now
Since February, it hasn't been possible to withdraw the balance. Customer support is nonexistent; it opens a WhatsApp chat to receive the same messages, without a concrete solution to the problem. Contacting HR only reveals that Payflow has been notified and that we should wait, almost 3 months later and it still doesn't work, with no answers from anyone.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience with Payflow. Numerous bugs and problems with the app. It's been days that I've not been able to use my Payflow card. Not acceptable.

No Transparency
After 90 minutes on the phone with paypal, I have come to the conclusion that this very large empire has missed a step with using Payflow with Shopify. Upon customer refunds there is zero transparency on the paypal transaction I.D number. It does not generate through and communicate this in the Shopify customer page. So if a client wants a refund, return, or exchange there is no way to go back (easily) and refund the customer. You need the Transaction ID. This can come to you via email, but if your Shopify site is driving a lot of sales and traffic this would take over your email account and be a needle in a haystack to still find one specific customer and their transaction ID. If Payflow is doing what it says and integrating with Shopify, why are they not leaving the Paypal transaction number there. ShipStation is doing this. You can find your shipping confirmation and tracking here...why cant you find the Payflow transaction here????
