Does the job, but development stopped years ago
This is the only invoicing software I've been able to find that includes a decent time tracking tool. We really don't want to have to pay for two separate apps to handle time tracking and invoicing. It's also the only time tracking tool that I've been able to find with the ability to pause a timer.
But, we've been using this for 6 years and there have been no updates, improvements or new features in that time. There are many new features I would like to see. For example, the ability to make a quote into a project with associated time estimates. Or even a simple thing like having a link to all a client's invoices from that client's page.
This is still the best tool I can find for our needs, but I really don't like continuing to pay for something that never gets new features or improvements of any kind.
