Just so everyone is aware. This company who is run by a single person goes by the name Matt!!
He just pulled money out of my account 3 days after the original payment was taken!!! Biggest scammer and anyone who has borrowed money in there life know legit loan companies don’t take money out every 3 days!! He’s been reported to my local police and it’s now under investigation!! People like this person ( Matt ) need to be investigated and stopped immediately

This is the most despicable loan company. They operate illegally! Do not borrow from...go anywhere else. All the other reviews are correct! The company is run by one guy who is a scammer! This company should be shut down. He will provide a repayment contract and change it later so that you pay a higher amount than what was agreed. They harass and steal people hard earned money.

This company approved me signed a contract then never got the funds and ignored and blocked my calls. Say I wrote them a message that I need this resend I am really upset. This is what the guy texted me back
“ Listen its not good to start off your day so upset...I know you are desperate to gamble, and that's why you want the funds so badly, but unfortunately for you, we changed our minds. Not sure who you are trying to threaten or dictate, but you are not getting no contract stating anything. The only thing youre getting is that email that you were declined, your contract is cancelled, have a good day kid.”
Plus he called me and tried to prove a point that he is a tough guy and not to mess with him. Like wow great costumer service and just hori le person. No wonder their rating is so low.

All the reviews that were written are all true. I asked for a payment deferral he answered right away and told me to pay the 59$ fee right away and he would do the deferal but yet on the contract it says that a 45$ fee will be charged and put at the end of the debt for any deferral requested. I texted him back and gave him this info and even took a screenshot of the contract and now I’m not getting any response. This is an immature bullying narcissist company.

Terrible company!! Do not use them!!
They will harass and contact work and references even after you pay off several loans with them, if you miss a payment they will not just issue nsf they will harass you and your workplace even after explaining them that you need an extra week to make the payment

Initially, my experience with Payday Hero was positive. They were quick to respond and process my loan application. However, over the past couple of months, their service has declined significantly. When I send emails, it takes a long time to receive a response, and sometimes I don’t get a reply at all. I was informed that I needed to pay off my existing loan before I could apply for another (which I did last week), but it has been a while now, and I have yet to receive any communication from them. I am very disappointed and will not recommend their services to anyone.
