Mix up with fitting date sorted with them with no fuss over my mistake. Fitters were polite, on time, tidied up after themselves and completed the job with no fuss

It's has been a great experience from the first time I called, very friendly customer service. They answered all my questions and amended my order to my satisfaction.Paddy came and took the measurements and Tyler did a fantastic job by fitting the carpet. I must say, thankyou to the comfortable carpet.

I was happy with their first service they provided lovely floor fitter came and did a great job however my second floor fitting was a disaster,
when the fitter arrived at my house he requested to be paid upfront which i found odd but i still paid for it and i asked him to cut the door frames jst like the previous fitter did to compliment the other area, he agreed and said ok he would do that hours went by and when they were almost done i checked how far they came along only for me to see that the door frames were not cut!! i brought this to his attention and iAT FIRST THE FITTER WAS ACTING LIKE HE DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I WAS SAYING! TAKING LIBERTIES HONESTLY! Instead, he said well ok we're just gonna leave the rest then if that's the case I said no finish the job I will call the office and let them know what just happened. when I came back upstairs to call the office shortly after I was done on my call the fitters left without no communication nothing, took my money didn't complete the job, blocked my number so i couldnt call,
i made a complaint and they didn't even bother to investigate it, instead, the woman told me the fitter did the job properly, i sent an email with images of the job clearly not done properly they paid me no mind!!! no response no resolution my flooring is still looking unfinished!!!! i have to pay AGAIN TO HAVE IT DONE PROPERLY
I would never go to a shop and buy something i don't like so I felt robbed!! they left without saying a worK knowing fully well what they did was wrong!!!!! THEY NEVER SENT SOMEONE ELSE TO CORRECT THE JOB EVEN THOUGH I PAID FOR MY SERVICE!!!! HAD I KNOWN THIS IS THE TYPE OF SERVICE I WOULD RECEIVE I WOULD NOT HAVE GONE AHEAD WITH IT! HAD I KNOWN THE FITTER WAS JUST GOING TO SIMPLY TAKE MONEY AND NOT DO THE JOB PROPERLY I WOULD NOT HAVE GONE AHEAD WITH IT! THIS COMPANY IS NOT ETHICAL AT ALL, NO CONSIDERATION FOR PEOPLE AT ALL!! IN THIS COST OF LIVING WE'RE ON RIGHT NOW EXTORTING PEOPLE FOR MONEY IS A LOW BLOW!!! EVEN AFTER SHOWING PROOF OF THE JOB NOT DONE PROPERLY THEY IGNORED ME AND DIDNT REVOLVE THE ISSUE

Scamming company!!!
Sent a guy out to my home he measured up took a £50 deposit and said my carpets had been booked in for a date in January! I have no carpets and no refund. The office have said I have to retrieve my money from the guy THEY sent to my home myself!!
Disgraceful service they do not vet who they send into your home neither do they care when they rob you!
