Better cell service needed

Better cell service needed. Better hardward. having an app and mobile swiper is a much easier, modern and compact solution.

The cell device is dependent on your location, coverage of service provider (we use AT&T), so in your case we suspect that the AT&T cell coverage at your location is not very good. We will work on getting more cell service providers in the future.

Moreover, we carry the latest equipment models from Dejavoo and Verifone, so if you could shoot us an email to support@paybotic.com and let us know the models you are using, we could advise you on the better hardware for your need.

The terminal times out too quickly and now having
to round up to nearest $5 is ridiculous for CBD stores !

Mr. Aditya Prakash has been my point of contact, and he always been professional, even when I have been frustrated. If he could not offer immediate assistance, he has always followed through with a solution. Paybotic has been a vital part of the success we have experienced.

Mass Updates

The team was able to get 37 of our Terminals updated. The lengthy process was not without some minor problems but thanks to Aditya, we were able to complete the job and get everything squared away. It was easy to coordinate a plan with the team as well, as they are very responsive.
