My recommendation is that you do not trade on Paxful because they are not responsible for anything, and their platform must have very low security, that is why there are thousands of scams.

I have been waiting for trade partner to pay the money for the crypto but he have not paid or sent a proof of payment. I disputed this and have been waiting a long time which I think is ridiculous as people need there money asap. Chat support cannot help with this which I think is useless also.

I also would like to mention the trade partner whom I am having issues with.

His name on paxful is tdjakes2020ke and I encourage everyone not to deal with this person as he is a time waister and dont even respond to chat or anything. I wish that paxful can remove him or block him completely from their system.

Deposited bitcoin from Binance. Binance shows transaction completed. Over 15 confirmations. Triple checked the adress and the network, no errors there. The funds are not there and the transaction doesnt even show up on paxful.

Yesterday, I experienced my first lesson in scams or fraud on Paxful, which claims to be a customer-centric and highly secure platform. However, the platform itself is biased and insecure, where the seller has no control over the transaction.

I had some small savings of USDT 646, which I kept safe for months for some financial commitments. But fate had different plans. I wanted to sell them and get cash in my bank, but whenever you find a buyer, they mark the transaction as paid, and you are left hopeless, waiting for them to close or for a moderator to intervene, which typically takes 48 hours. During this time, your transaction is on hold, and nobody cares. Your funds are put aside, with no response from the moderator or the buyer. They treat you poorly.

I found a trader (LoyalMammoth371) and trade ID (FkninZe8aTt). He seemed normal and responsive, and I thought I had finally found a serious person. However, he sent me a screenshot to confirm the bank account, and the moment I confirmed the bank, my Paxful account was attacked. I received an email stating that my account was at risk and that some malicious activity had been performed, with a login from a different IP address. Despite all these cybersecurity threats, he managed to log in and release my USDT from my account, and I was kicked out of my account.

Despite so many security threats and warnings, they allowed the person to login and release the USDT from different IP. The worst part is that they don’t respond to emails, there is no support form, no escalation, and you just have to wait and wait. This was a stupid mistake on my part, and I lost my savings. I request you not to use such a platform where the customer is treated poorly.

All of the documentation they request from users is a bit of a pain, but they do have to keep everything above board.

Never had any issues, use it almost on a monthly basis. Could not recommend it enough.

I entered into a trade today and my network was bad. The buyer didn’t wait for my response to give out the details after which he marked paid. I have not received the payment and he is giving me one link to open which I declined. Kindly look into it and remove my funds from escrow so that I can make use of it

I recently had a very disappointing experience using Paxful to sell my Vanilla gift card. After providing all the necessary information to the buyer, I was ripped off. The buyer took the information and then claimed there was an issue, leading to a dispute. To my shock and frustration, the Paxful moderator awarded the payment to the buyer without conducting a proper investigation or even asking me for any further details. This lack of thoroughness and fairness in handling disputes is unacceptable. I expected more from a platform that claims to be secure and trustworthy. I would not recommend using Paxful based on this experience.

I have requested to send out BTC to an external wallet. This transaction has now been pending since 24th July 2024. It is now 5th August 2024.

I have had 5-7 conversations with the live chat support team, and I am only given the same robotic, copy and pasted answers. NO SOLUTIONS.

Save yourself some headache and find another platform.

Company has been banned in many jurisdictions.
As a result of such unfair and authoritarian constraint, paxful has become paranoid and vastly prefers not to verify customers, erring on the side of fear.
It is unfortunate that such behavior does not preclude "Nigerian princes" to roam freely on that platform. It is really a self inflicted insult to an undeserved injury. Poor paxful.

The Paxful officially cooperates with scammers. Traders steal cards without real evidence or proof and fake evidence, and within less than half an hour, a trade is granted to scammers. This is unbelievable.

This website is full of scammers with over 1,000 stars. I bought a gift card worth $500 and shared it only with the crypto seller. He came back saying that the gift card was already used. After reviewing this seller's profile, I found out that he trades small amounts, has over 1,000 reviews, and has 3 negative reviews, all claiming that he ripped them off. This seller is a professional scammer. He takes a video recording of his laptop and redeems the gift card on another device, then shares that recording with the moderators every time and wins the dispute, of course. Be careful with this website.

Guys please avoid trading/selling/buying in this site.
There are “sellers” with over 8000 likes ( positive feedbacks) scamming over 50€ gift cards, I posted every possible proof, even a video of me buying the gift card and sending it in the chat in REAL-TIME and even after the buyer/scammer DID NOT post any proof he won the dispute.

I’m pretty sure moderators are cooperating with these scammers because I can’t explain it in any other way.

Previously Paxful was a decent exchanger with many providers but today.. My crypto deposit was pending for 2 days until I contacted support with my problem, then when I tried to send-out my deposit it is just in a Pending status for 7 days already.. And support says "thats just because transaction takes time". And I think it is gonna continue so don't use paxful now, it just scams that's it

I have been on Paxful for over 5 years and i have a very long history of buying and selling using my registered and verified paxful account, But i preferred Binance and traded regularly there because it is safer and without the risk of scammers and i didn't see any reason to ever use paxful again until our useless government banned binance and other prominent crypto platforms. I registered on bybit but i need to be registered for at least 30 days before i can post an ad so i had no choice but to return to my paxful account to trade. I transferred my USDT that i bought from bybit to my paxful account and immediately i posted ads, i started receiving trade orders from scammers who sent links to accept payment for my USDT so that they can steal my money, I disputed the trade and paxful moderators didn't respond, the scammer wrote to me posing as a moderator and asked me to click send and that my USDT will be sent back to my account. again trying to steal my USDT but paxful didn't help even though i reported the scam, this happened 3 times within 48 hours and that is when i realized that paxful is no longer safe. the next day i login to my paxful to withdraw my USDT for my own safety but i learned that my account has been frozen, i have written paxful support repeatedly but all they tell me is that they are reviewing my account and that they have no estimated time for the review to complete.

It seems like the moderators are working with the scammers and since i refused to be scammed, they froze my account and now i can't get my money.

I have maintained this account for over 5 years and now i am suffering because i refused to let scammers steal my money. I am broke, this money is all i have left, please give me my money and i swear that i will never visit paxful for any reason again.

This paxful are full of thieves ,and the moderators too are helping this guy's to hurt people ,how can they be scamming people and yet the moderators always grant them the dispute ,God will punish all of them,paxful they are not reliable , they have done this to me more than 5 times I have lost 100$ cards ,am bleeding
