SCAM

SCAM!

Charged me twice last year and was promised a call back for 7 months by the AI (of course it didn’t disclose it was AI but nobody is that incompetent). Eventually claimed it back from the bank but they have done it again today on the renewal. I can’t even find a way to cancel it all.

Terrible service - unethical

Terrible service. No longer have my pet due to it passing away and have been trying to cancel my subscription for month, get an email response saying someone from the team will be with you soon to assist and then I hear nothing, followed up with numerous emails and still nothing but they are still taking my money - utterly disgraceful. If anyone can shed some light on how I can stop them taking my money I would be most greatful. Completely unethical.

I’ve tired to cancel my subscription…

I’ve tired to cancel my subscription for nearly 6 months now & they won’t contact me back. There is no option to cancel it on the website, they have to authorise it but they don’t!! Taking my money every month no matter what I do. The worst decision I’ve ever made was starting a subscription with pawtag, an absolute scam!!! Be warned!

Horrendous Customer Service

II have been trying to cancel my subscription for almost two months. Despite sending several follow-up emails and completing the online cancellation form, my cancellation has still not been processed.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Have been waiting over 3 months with no reply to emails to replace a lost tag. They still took my subscription fees though, despite no answer to multiple emails. Have requested to cancel.

Easy to use

Wanted to have something for my dog that in the event of her wandering off and getting lost she would have identification that when anyone found her that all her details as well as my own would be there on scanning the tag, easy to order add your details

Did not use

Did not use, I’ve tried for a few weeks to cancel my subscription due to loosing my dog. All the links to delete run you around in circles. When I email them for help you get an auto email. Saying “ no problem our team will be on it shortly”.

Do not buy - Will not be able to cancel

Absolute joke of a service. I went to cancel my subscription a good week before it was due to renew. Very confusing and complicated system. I received an email days later saying it would be cancelled and didn’t think much of it. Turns out there’s ANOTHER link to press and cancel to actually confirm the process. I was still charged and they will not respond to any of my emails and they don’t even have a contact number. I am raising legal action with them but DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM.

My pet died in August 2025 so I cancelled the subscription by emailing and also filling out the online cancellation form and posting back the tag. I had an automatic response to emails saying one of the team would be in touch. I haven't heard from anyone and they're still taking the subscription from my account. Avoid at all costs, dreadful experience after the loss of a beloved pet.

WONT CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

I have been trying to cancel this subscription since like April of last year, and they keep charging Me the subscription fee ever since, I've sent a bunch of emails. No HUMAN ever replies back, it's an automated one saying they'll look into it which they never do. DONT EVER sign up with this company ever.

Fantastic company

Fantastic company! Ordered for my puppy that we are getting this month and it arrived 2 days later. Easy setup and now I know if ever he gets out/lost that someone will be able to quickly scan it and find us! Thank you again.

Price increase with no notification.

Disappointed that after using Pawtag for over a year that they increased the price by 33% with no communication to inform me that they were doing so. Checked all emails from them and nowhere does it indicate the price increase. That’s just poor.
