No response to anything - nothing received. Why do they quote a shop address in India & a contact number in Canada!! AVOID SCAM

Ordered 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. No reply to email or messages. Think it might be a scam. Just about to contact credit card company to try and get a refund. I would avoid at all costs

Really like the picture we arranged, I'd use them again and recommend them as they service was very quick.

A little slow on email comms but no big issue.

I'd have loved it if we could have added a monacle or spectacles to the image.

Never received order and all of my emails have been ignored !

I ordered an item as a Xmas present on 9th December. On 10th December I received notification from the seller that the item had been sent by 48 hour tracked Royal Mail. Like most reviews on here I still haven't received it and Royal Mail advise that they are "Expecting it" from the seller. I don't believe that the item was ever sent and it is now 18th December. I have checked the tracking status every day for the past week and there has been no change. The seller has not responded to messages sent via Etsy, Facebook nor e mail for my request for support and is now ignoring my request for a refund
If this is how you run a small business then you deserve to fail and be exposed for the dirty scammers that you are!!

We loved our print! So good, can't wait to give us a gift.

The prints of my 2 dogs in their football kits are fantastic. Excellent quality and prompt delivery. My husband will be ever happy to display these on our wall.
