It's a good quality hat however, despite it being adjustable, it still needed to be smaller for me. Maybe have women's and men's sizes for hats? Just a suggestion. Hat is very cute!

Personalized Hat

I ordered a hat for my daughter. It took over a month to get here. The hat is very poor quality and no one's head would fit into this hat...its a weird shape! I paid too much money for it. Very disappointed!

I ordered 2 hats from this company on…

I ordered 2 hats from this company on November 30th. They have been out for delivery since December 17th and somehow the delivery company can't find my address. So I am not sure if it's the company or the delivery service. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts.

Do not order from this website

Ordered a personalised Christmas Tree decoration on 19th November, due to arrive by 6th December.
I’ve had over 24 emails tracking item, none for last two weeks,
saying that it’s in transit but so far not arrived. Tried to contact the company but no reply.
Do not order from this company, I’ve been scammed

Unique

Great array of gifts you won’t find anywhere else. Upon receiving my order I noted that the quality was top notch too.
Something else that helps Pawsionate stand out is their excellent and comical customer service.
I won’t hesitate to shop with them again.

All the 1 star reviews are right. No communication through email. Getting different messages about other peoples purchases and deliveries. Ordered Dec 1 and it’s still in another state. All the reviews and around the same time so there must be a many problems currently.

Placed my order Nov 16th, still waiting , its Dec 21st now and its still stuck in customs at LAX. I guess I'm not getting my gift to give someone in time for Christmas. I'm so upset.
