Scam

I ordered a carrier for cycle handlebars costing £84.55. There were several reviews and photos saying how great it was. In hindsight these were too professional looking to be genuine. I received the carrier before my new bike. The bike shop fitted it for me, which they are used to doing. It looked fine until any weight was put in it. My dog is a chihuahua, under 3kg. The basket both slumps forward, and the fittings slide forward, meNing the dog is tipped into the angle between base and front mesh, and was very distressed. No amount of tightening fixed the problem. I have contacted the company twice askinng for a refunnd, as it isnt fit for purpose ooor as described, and been totally ignored. My purchase is gone from my account, and the carrier has been removed from sale. Do not buy any iyem from this company, i suspect the whole website is a scam

- Your order was placed in February, and your return request came in late April — well past our 30-day return window.

- Despite this, we still issued a full refund as a goodwill gesture.

- The product was also removed from sale not to “hide it,” but as part of a seasonal catalog update we do regularly.

We never want a customer to feel ignored, and we’re sorry if there was any delay in communication. Our team always aims to respond promptly and fairly.
