Scam company. Took money. Nothing sent. Did not reply to emails. PayPal dispute opened.

Worst service I've ever seen in my life. I wish we could swear here cause the tag came missing part of what I wrote. After my emails being ignored I called them and basically had a conversation with a man child who laughed about my order and said he will fight me to end. That's right he threatened me. Please everyone be very careful of your money and your safety. Remember they have your address and they are criminals.

I ordered tags on 17/02 and was informed they had been despatched on 24/02. I contacted Paws&Claws on 03/03 informing non-delivery requesting either a refund or to send a "replacement" order. On 06/03 I contacted P&C again "Three more days have passed and still no tags have been delivered. Three more days since my previous mail and no response. Three days and also no refund on my account for non-delivery. So, no tags, no refund and no reply as yet." As of 09 March still nothing. Form your own conclusions as to whether you wish to do business with them.

I placed an order and waited. Nothing arrived. After a week I emailed to ask if there was an update... No reply... After another week, I emailed again... No reply... After another week, I've had to resort to claiming a refund via Paypal. I've used this company before, and it's all been fine, but clearly something's not right now.

Two months and no goods. Short sharp reply to refund being issued yet no refund! Disgusting behavior! Used this company a few years ago and no issues but that must have been a fluke!

Scam artists. Took my money and havent sent anything, replied to any email or refunded me the money back.

Ordered online via one of their "other" websites. Happily took payment and then never made contact with me again. Ignored requests for updates and a refund as the items never arrived.

After a month and me filing a dispute with PayPal I got my money back. It was refunded by the seller and I received a 1 line email - " Hi Michael, Refund given. Debbie."

I ordered 4 tags for my bunch of mutts and they arrived within 48hrs. Very well engraved

After waiting for my order I contacted them and they said it had been overlooked and would send in the next post. No apology for overlooking my order. That was 5 days ago. I have asked 3 times in subsequent emails where my order is without reply. Absolutely pathetic customer service.

Quick to complete order and deliver in just a few days.
I have sent 4 orders over the past few years and every order has been despatched promptly and the tags are always great quality.

Terrible company! I placed an order in early April. I received one email to say that the order had been received- and they took the money from my card immediately- but nothing received l! I have emailed twice and left two voicemails. When I did get through to someone they said that they would call back - but no one has to date! Terrible service - and no goods received- so they have effectively stolen my money. Do not use this company!!!

Ridiculous service!
Placed my order 2nd Jan 2022 for 4x dog tags with contact numbers and and postcode just in case anything happens and our Doberman ends up lost, but only had one automatic reply saying my order was being processed…that was it, nothing else!

Emailed several times chasing, asking for at least an update, but nothing.

Even emailed saying I would raise a resolution via PayPal if they didn’t respond or send my order, but nothing.

Finally, left it a whole month to allow them to send either the items or at least respond and blame covid, but nothing!

PayPal have now refunded me.

AVOID THIS SELLER!

Encription really poor - not a professional finish. Wording was all off centre. emailed to discuss - no response back. Pet tag disposed off without use

Lovely pet tag delivered quickly. Thick, quality tag looks so much nicer than on the website!

(Do not use this company) I ordered 2 dog collar tags, waited nearly 2 weeks and only one arrived. I have emailed, called and left messages numerous times to no avail. ...I have now purchased second tag elsewhere..exceptionally bad customer service ...avoid avoid avoid !!
