This company is absolutely fantastic. I ordered some harnesses for my cat and there was a small issue with the order. Pawras went above and beyond to amend the mistake. It is easily the best customer service i've ever received and the quality of the harness is top shelf. I highly recommend this company.

Emily, at customer service is professional, courteous and caring.
I had just purchased a second vest for our other cat, DC, who never wore a leash before because she was an outdoor type. But due to surgery (leg amputation) the only way to get her back outside safely was with the Pawras Harness. When ordering I hastily ordered wrong size but after one chat with, Emily at customer service everything was worked out and "DC" is getting around outside again because of her understanding and concern. Five stars for Pawras and "TEN Stars" for Emily.

Such a wonderful company!
Such a wonderful company! Very responsive and easy to work with. Our cat is an Abyssinian and his frame is more delicate than other cats. I ordered a harness that should have fit according to the sizing chart. The harness was too big. NO PROBLEM for Pawras! The exchange process was amazing and they responded in just a couple of hours of me reaching out. Just another reason why we prefer to engage with small businesses and not the big box stores.

What a wonderful company
What a wonderful company! Super Customer Service. Fast shipping on their products. I wanted a harness for my cat, that would be easy on easy off, not all local pet supply stores carried them. I never heard of PAWRAS. There were similar ads to other places that often wind up coming from overseas and can take for ever . So grateful that Pawras is in the United States. Thank you!
