The delivery was fine but my dog hates the bed. Your low rating is because you have not responded to my request for information about the bed. I emailed your customer service a while ago and I have had no reply.

The bed was delivered in less than a week, so that was great. The quality of the bed is fantastic, so we bought a second one for upstairs too. I’ve lay down on it and honestly it’s more comfortable than my own bed but you’re here to find out if our dog likes the bed. Well she loves it. The small problem we are having is our senior dog falls into a very deep sleep and apparently turns into liquid and slowly slips off the bed. She has trouble laying down so we have to help her resettle, only to discover her half off the bed again looking baffled how she ended up like that. She has arthritis so we feel this bed was essential and ultimately we are so pleased with it. She has had a couple of accidents on it and thankfully the covers zip off and wash up really well. Also another thing I love is that dirt and her needle like dog hair vacuum off really easily. Happy customers

High quality product with very good post packaging, fast delivery, and it arrived intact. This is genuinely a Superior comfortable dog mattress (price, material and size) compared to all other pet mattresses available. (Our dog loves it).

The bed is very high quality, like human grade matress! Only thing I would say the size is bigger than what I thought, large size is bigger than a baby cot, could suits to 2 staffy! Anyway, I would still highly recommend this bed and will buy again!

Our two dogs love their Pawpedics needs, and we have several in various places around the house. Super-comfy (apparently 🤣) and very easy to wash the cover.

My dog hated it! Slowly trying to get her to sleep on it

I received my order from Pawpedics in excellent timeframe and before Christmas. This speedy service is great. When I opened the packaging I noticed an issue with the seam edging on the bed. Pawpedics have an email address for any issues or queries, no phone number, which I sent an email with photos straight away. As it was Christmas and new year break, I received a message on Friday 6th January that they will arrange for a new cover to be sent. Great service. My dog was recently diagnosed with two herniated slipped discs and needs to rest. So far he is loving the Pawpedics bed, excellent support. For reference of bed size for other buyers, I have a small west highland terrier cross toy poodle and ordered size small bed. It is ample big enough for him to stretch out.

I love the bed. But my old boy does not, am trying to get him to use it. But I think he likes to cuddle when sleeping

Delivery prompt, great product, exactly what I expected, hughy is a 56kg bull arab, who at only 2yrs and 6 months old has been diagnosed with early arthritis, and a small spur on his spine, he’s a bit confused as he likes to floof up his soft bed, but loves to stretch out fully on his new big bed 💜
