Full scam. Took over a month to receive my "custom" piece and when it finally arrived it was a completely different dog...

Tried to contact their customer support and it's impossible.

Complete scam. Poor quality, takes weeks to get to you, product cannot be used.

placed an order almost 20 days ago and still haven’t received item, no further updates from company either. i’m getting really frustrated because this was supposed to be a present i needed to give a few days ago.

I recently ordered a mug and a custom pot from Pawows. While the mug arrived and was great, I’m extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The custom pot, unfortunately, was lost in the mail. I reached out to their customer support team numerous times, hoping for a resolution. Initially, they assured me that I would receive my order, which gave me some relief.

However, as time passed, the situation only worsened. My follow-up emails were met with repetitive boilerplate responses, stating they were investigating and would get back to me within 3-7 days. This promise was never fulfilled. There was no progress, no real communication, just the same automated response every time.

What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of resolution or customer care. Eventually, Pawows stopped responding to my emails altogether, leaving me without my order and without any explanation or apology. This experience has been incredibly disheartening. I caution potential buyers – my experience with their customer support and their failure to resolve a simple issue speaks volumes.

Send many pictures of the pets to be created in the cup. Have finally received item but pets don’t look anything like the pictures sent. They have been painted with white on their noses and chests - but dons are completely dark brown. Just very poor. Now nobody is answering emails. I paid £70 for a cup of two random dogs on it. Don’t buy.

Make sure you read what your tee says carefully. No returns. Don’t get it at all!!! They say these are custom. No way.. it’s a picture ironed on to a shirt.

I haven't received my order, the tracking gives you hardly any info and I have emailed and called multiple times and no one has responded! I guess I will have to file a BBB complaint or a complaint with my credit card company.

Beyond what I was looking for! My friend absolutely loved it! 🥰

The order was shipped to the wrong address and they were so helpful in getting a new one sent out to me ASAP. So happy with the customer service!
