Absolutely fantastic experience. I had a very specific request that had to be filled and they didn't even hesitate with it. Then at the last minute I had an address change, but once again, they fulfilled it with no hesitation. I am beyond happy with my experience with them
You could pay a random Chinese company to send you a questionable 3D printed sculpture of your pet or you could support and American company that hand crafts a beautiful product. True to the likeness of your pet, their work is unparalleled.
Excellent customer service. And the end product ( an urn with my dog Maggie's face on it) was an exact replica of the picture I had sent in. So very grateful. It's beautiful.
