I received a few products from @pawlibra and love my pillows. The reversible sequin one is so neat with the image of my pup on the one side. Who couldnt love my dog shaped pillow of my boy!

I received my pet cushions and custom keychains from @pawlibra in excellent time! They were great quality and I am very happy with the quality and service!

I got a great gift from @icreagifts it was a Wallet with my rottweiler on it and a pillow with a a cover of my rottweiler. Cannot complain more than please!😁🤘

We got a pillow from Pawlibra and it was gorgeous quality and an amazing print of our dog! Of course shipping takes a little longer because it's an international company, so buyers should know that going into the purchase.

We have loved every product we have received from Pawlibra! We have gotten a watch, a pillow, and a key chain. The products are beautifully made, received in a timely manner, & the customer service is fabulous!! The watch is STUNNING!

The worst company I have ordered from. The quality is so terrible on the socks they won’t last past one wash. Their customer service line doesn’t exist and their email service is slow to respond. They offered a 15% discount on my next order when taking over 5 months to receive the first. What was meant to be a Christmas gift and ordered in October was received late February. Would never recommend this company or their products.

The products are high quality! The shipping was really fast and came packaged great, the product was exactly what I wanted and was done very well and will be ordering again!!

We ordered a pillow of our cat and we love it! They look so similar that we sometimes are surprised to see another cat.. Totally love it!

Absolutely love their products! If you want a customized pet product then this is the place to go. They do dog ID tags, makeup bags, rings, stickers, socks, keychains, clocks, and more.

I have a pillow for every one of my pets (4 pets) and they’re awesome because they are pretty lifelike and they’re double sided! I also have some of their custom tote bags and love taking them out shopping. I will definitely be getting more stuff from them :)

I have also had some of the best customer service I have ever had from them! They've reached out to me to see if I'm satisfied with my products and are very nice people.

I don't understand the other reviews at all and think they're total bogus. I had a sticker and took it off so easily and all you have to do is soak it if you're having a problem. I'm also located in the US and think their products are comparable or better to lots of US products.

I ordered a couple pillows and a few pair of socks. The socks are quite thin but cute. I hope they last after wearing them once. They are gifts
The pillows are soft and cute as well. My problem is that they put a sticker in the middle of one of the pillows which left the sticky residue on the picture. They told me to wipe it with a damp cloth. I tried that and some other things but you can still see the outline of the sticker. It we were not in the middle of the dog it would not matter that much but it is. They offered 10% back. A dollar or 2 for a defective item. I have been dealing with the lack of good customer service since Dec. It is the end of Feb. now. I told them I would like to send it back as it was not my fault. There reply 20%. Seriously! Lesson learn is only buy AMERICAN. They list on there website a false guarantee. .

The products (blanket, pillow, keychain etc) do look like my pet and are great in size and are soft and my kids love them. They have a good range of items. And pricing is decent. International shipping always takes time as we all know so just be sure to order ahead.

i'm shocked by some of these bad reviews. it's an international company, so yes, shipping takes some time and you shouldn't expect amazon prime speed. but maybe ordering a personalized gift from overseas in november for christmas isn't the best idea. i ordered a custom keychain and pillow and the products themselves are great and look just like my pup! we love them.

I honestly can't understand all these bad reviews. I really love my two dog pillows and especially the personalized necklace, i wear it all the time! its not just pretty, the quality of the products are really great. the pillows didnt even smell bad, and they are absolutely soft. the necklace is 925 sterling silver and every detail on it is more than perfect! everything arrived within 2-3 weeks which is absoulutely fine for me, cause its personalized and this sometimes takes time.

I think that this is a fraudulent company. I placed an Order a month ago. I have written emails to customer @ pawlibra.com and left a voice message a both available numbers (972) 818-5946 and (909) 351-3661. I have not received a call back or an email response to my inquiry. I will now take steps to report this company as a fraud.

It's been two days since Pawlibra respond to this review, and I have still not received a response back. Despite claiming they were trying to respond to my email, I note that they never made inquiries as to what my email address was!
