WOW - Better than Described: Super Cute, super soft, super amazing.....what a great gift. My pillow arrived today and the entire family loved it. The fabric is not flat, but has some depth, and softness like a real pillow and feels great when you put your face on it. Thanks Pawlibra - I will be ordering many of these for Christmas !!

Would 100% recommend!! Got my dad a large blanket ordered oh July 31st and it arrived August 16th!! Not bad for it being delivered from a different country! Very happy and pleased!

Wish I would of read reviews before ordering!! I Ordered fathers day merch which never showed up. When I emailed asking for a refund they claimed I put the wrong zip code which made it undeliverable and it was being sent back to be "destroyed." They said they would refund my money but keep $6.99 for shipping. They had a receipt with the incorrect zip code even though my information on PayPal is correct and is automatically entered into their site (I tested it) they said they would win a dispute from PayPal if I chose to go that route. I still believe they made a false receipt and sent it to me as well. I will NEVER purchase from this company again!! Don't waste your time and money!

I waited a month for a customized pillow and it looks really cheap, can't even see the face of my dog. Not recommend it. Those products are made in China and can see the quality.

3 weeks after Fathers day to get a simple Fathers day shirt that I could have went to beach boardwalk and had made the same day and then you find out it is being shipped from over seas. Ridiculous

This company is trash.Will never buy from them ever again. Placed my order on may 31, 2019 for Father’s Day shirts. Did receive it until 2 days ago June 30,2019 and they forgot the onesie. Then they proceeded to tell me that the onesie wasn’t included. Gtfoh. Totally scam and BS company.

Placed order, over a month later no communication. I email in asking where the order is magically it just happened to be the day i asked that it was allegedly delivered that exact day. It was not. I am sent an email saying to use the tracking number. No number in the email. They send me a tracking number it shows delivered in my city but not my address. Then o say that and oh it was delivered by the post office with a new tracking number. No offer to assist , nothing just we show it was delivered you’re wrong .

This website is a rip off I ordered 2 first Father’s Day shirts on June 3rd I was suppose to get a adult size and a baby onesie which I payed for, 1st my order did not come on time at all so that ruined Father’s Day then when it comes it came on June 25th there’s only 1 shirt in there which was the adult one I emailed them to let them know they email me back telling me I never ordered a baby onesie worst site to order from take it from me DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FEOM THIS SIGHT!

I am very happy with the pillow I purchased from Pawlibra. The quality of the photo is very good and the pillow is so soft and fluffy! I want to cuddle it all the time. I recommend all pet lovers ordering a pillow from the shop.

I order a Father's Day present hoping it will arrive before Father's Day since it was to be worn on father's day. I still haven't received anything. I emailed the company 3 times and never got a response. This company sucks! I advice everyone to not order anything from this company.

Gosh , I wish I could Give them 0 starts !!! This company is a scam ! I spent $50+ on a Father’s Day gift it’s 2+ weeks later and I still Haven’t received a shipping confirmation email , I reached Out to customer service and I havent Gotten a reply . So 1: no gift for my husband . 2: I’m out of money that I didnt Really have to spend . I feel Really betrayed and I’m disappointed that I didnt Read the reviews first , that way I wouldve Received a gift for my husband already . I’m so sad .

Products take over a month to receive. I ordered a Father's day gift that will arrive well after father's day. It's personalized to say first father's day on it, so I guess I can just get a permanent marker, cross out the the 1st for 2nd and save it for next year! Don't waste your money unless you have lots of time.

they printed out an image of my dog STRETCHED. She was 2xs as wide as she was tall. They would not correct it or give me my money back.

I order a pillow from pawlibra on may 5 and still haven't received it almost a month later the pillow shipped out of China and there tracking is through dhl which hasn't updated since may 25 I have contacted them by email but all they can say that it has shipped that's it. I'm done with them never will order again hopefully I might finally recieve what I ordered.

Awesome pillow it was worth the wait. It does take long to arrive so be sure to order a couple weeks in advance. I even emailed them with questions the responded the same day. Great customer service thank you.

Buyer beware! My order was for Mother's day. I ordered two weeks before but realized my daughter would be out of town and wouldn't get it on time. Tried to cancel by calling writing... no response till almost two weeks later telling me they wouldn't do it. Finally shipped my order4 days AFTER Mother's day. Now they'll probably tell me they won't refund my money. Never again!

Terrible service been trying to contact them to let them know that they have the wrong shipping address. I emailed and there is no actual number to call. The call just rings and hangs up! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Don’t purchase from Pawlibra. I ordered a custom Mother’s Day item weeks ago. I had not heard from them other than my payment was received. Now I’m told it’s in production and may not ship for another few weeks, but won’t arrive by Mother’s Day. They will not refund the item. Buyer beware!
